Who Can Apply:

  • Manufacturers of branded coconut products
  • FPOs registered with CDB
  • Cooperatives/Marketing Federations (in Non-Traditional States)

Land Requirements:

  • Must own land/shop OR have Rent/Lease agreement for minimum 5 years

Floor Area:

  • Minimum 60 square feet required

Product Range:

  • Must sell a variety of coconut products (VCO, Chips, Milk, Water, Shell handicrafts, etc.)

5-Kiosk Limit:

  • An applicant can get subsidy for a maximum of 5 kiosks
  • Approval is given in a staggered manner based on performance
  • Separate application required for each kiosk

Affidavit:

  • Affidavit ensuring kiosk will not be kept idle is mandatory
  • Must be signed on stamp paper

Sales Records:

  • Minimum 3 months of monthly sales records must be maintained before claim release
  • Records must be accurate and up-to-date

Signage:

  • Display board must indicate assistance from CDB (mandatory)
  • “Assisted by CDB” or similar text required

Sustainability:

  • Must have manpower to operate daily and maintain sales registers
