✅ Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply:

• FPOs
• Cooperatives
• Individual Farmers (with min 1 ha own land)
• Entrepreneurs (with Udyam Registration)

Land Requirements:

• Must own land or have registered lease for minimum 10 years

Affidavit:

• Must sign affidavit agreeing not to keep centre idle

Records:

• Monthly procurement/production sales records must be maintained

• Civil structure cost cannot exceed 40% of total project cost

• CDB may conduct regular inspections

Subsidy Calculation

Total Subsidy: 50% reimbursement of expenditure

Maximum Subsidy: ₹3.00 Lakh per unit

Total Project Cost Limit: ₹6.00 Lakh

Variant 1: Ball Copra Unit

Capacity:

• Minimum: 10,000 nuts per batch
• Maximum: 20,000 nuts per batch

Cost Norm: ₹115 per cubic ft

Example:

• 10,000 nuts (1600 cft volume) = ₹1.84 Lakh cost
• Subsidy = ₹0.92 Lakh (50%)

Variant 2: Milling Copra Unit

Capacity: Minimum 500 mature nuts/day

Eligible Items:

• Copra dryer
• Sorting/grading shed
• De-husking machine
• Platform balance

Civil Cost Cap: Civil structure cost cannot exceed 40% of total project cost

Variant 3: Tender Coconut Unit (Minimal Processing)

Capacity: Minimum 80-100 nuts/hour

Eligible Items:

• Trimming machine
• Washing tank
• Shrink wrapping machine

Civil Cost Cap: Civil structure cost cannot exceed 40% of total project cost
