💰 Scheme Benefits

Total Subsidy: ₹42,000 per hectare (100% of the cost of critical inputs)

2 Annual Installments:

• Year 1: ₹21,000/hectare
• Year 2: ₹21,000/hectare
• Payment Method: Installments are released through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to your Aadhaar-linked bank account

Objective: To improve yield in existing gardens through integrated management and intercropping.

Eligible Components for Subsidy:

• Critical inputs (Fertilizers, Manures)
• Plant protection chemicals & biological agents
• Seeds/Planting material for Intercrops/Green Manure

Exclusion: Subsidy cannot be used for labor charges, rental services, or infrastructure.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply:

• Farmers with at least 10 yielding palms (aged 5+ years)
• Area Limit: Maximum 2 ha per beneficiary

Cluster Requirements:

• Size: Minimum 25 ha to Maximum 200 ha contiguous area
• Relaxation: Minimum 15 ha for Non-Traditional/North Eastern States
• Crop Density: The cluster area must have at least 80% coconut coverage

Exclusion: Farmers who availed LODP or R&R benefits in the last 5 years are NOT eligible.

Facilitating Agency (FA):

• Implemented via FPOs/CPCs
• The FA must sign an affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper

⚠️ Important Conditions

Cluster Mode:

• Minimum 25 ha (15 ha for Non-Traditional/NE) contiguous area required
• 80% coconut coverage required
• FPO/CPC acts as Facilitating Agency

Affidavit: Facilitating Agency must sign affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper

Input Supply:

• Inputs are usually supplied via CDB empanelled agencies based on a Supply Order generated by the cluster
• Beneficiaries consent for subsidy transfer to supplier

Display Board: Mandatory display board at the project site detailing subsidy and beneficiary count
