Land Requirements:
- Traditional States: Minimum 0.08 ha (20 cents) / Minimum 10 seedlings
- Non-Traditional States: Minimum 0.05 ha / Minimum 5 seedlings
- Maximum: 2 hectares per beneficiary

⚠️ Important Conditions
Survival Rate Requirements (for 2nd Installment):
- Traditional States: Minimum 80% survival
- Non-Traditional/NER States: Minimum 60% survival
Mandatory Requirements:
- Geo-tagged Photos: Mandatory geo-tagged photos of the planted area required
- Display Board: Beneficiaries with >1 acre must display board: “Assisted by Coconut Development Board under the scheme Expansion of Area under Coconut during [Year]”
- Seedling Source: Seedlings must be procured from CDB DSP farms, accredited nurseries, or Govt. nurseries
- Replacement: If seedlings die/damage, grower must replace at own cost (no fresh subsidy for replacements)
Timeline: 2nd installment must be claimed within 2 subsequent financial years after 1st installment receipt
