✅ Eligibility

1. Group Size: Minimum 6 to Maximum 10 trained rural youth
2. Legal Entity: Must register as Proprietorship/Partnership/Society/Producer Company
3. Bank Account: Legal entity must have a bank account
4. Training: Mandatory 3-day training must be completed
5. Office: Office space (Owned/Rented/Leased) for minimum 5 years required

⚠️ Important Conditions

• Two-Wheelers: Vehicle must be new. Balance cost must be borne by beneficiary or via loan from RBI-recognized bank
• Assets: Two-wheelers may be in beneficiary names; other assets are in Unit’s name. Assets cannot be sold/transferred without CDB permission
• Helpline: Must register dedicated mobile number linked to CDB “Hello Nariyal” Call Centre
• Common Fund: 2% of revenue earned by members must be remitted to Unit’s account for common expenses
• Recurring Costs: Rent, electricity, and mobile recharge must be shared equally by members
